REQUEST FOR A NEW PHONE AND NEW GUARANTEE FOR MY P

I was on my way to place and figured out that its specified that I left the accessories with Vodacom (b/cover, battery) but still though I understood that it's just a human error hence I just left the unit so that they can sort this out.
Customer care consultant called me and informed me that this issue is being resolved as I sincerely requested the consultant to test the unit for me so that I can just come there and collect. I managed to go to Vodacom store to collect the unit but something told me to test the basic things on the unit, but when I switched the unit on, I realized that the was a crack underneath the screen, have never being abused like this, was tally devastated, disappointed with the service partaken towards me.
Honestly I don't have faith in this phone anymore as I have the right to conclude the negative impacts participated in this process.
1.LCD screen that was replaced is a second hand.
2.How did they forgot my battery, it might be a second hand battery that was lying in the factory.
3.Technician damaged the screen, how can someone be so careless when working with these sensitive parts.
, I demand that the company should give me a new phone with a new guarante
