I am disgusted with the way Telkom mobile operates as my debiit order didnt go through at the expected date and as someone who budgets his funds and someone who signed an agreement that the debit order date must be at the end of the month views this as an inconvenience not only to myself but also the family that I support
Is there an option of cancelling the contract because I cannot deal with such incompetence. Well I reported this and received a template sorry message stating
"Kindly please be advised that due to an error that occurred, August debits will be submitted today the 5th September 2013.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused."
This message is a warning to anyone considering taking a Telkom mobile contract
