No one is willing to help

I haven't been helped since my last report, yet I'm paying every month. My internet is still not working when I'm at home. I am now feeling like I'm being ignored on purpose, because my internet has worked fine before and at exactly 12:00 midnight it works properly. This to me looks like i timed setting / a deliberate blocking from my service provider. I've been asked to log a network call, and I did, but nothing has happened and no one has come out to attend to my problem. Please assist.
