I took out a cellc (mweb) 3g data contract in february 2013. service was fine but on tuesday 26 march 2013, my connection was disabled. all my payments are up to date, and I still have 400mb left for the month. The connection is through cell c network but they cannot help. Up till now nothing works, mweb say everything is fine on their side and they will only be able to attend to my report on friday 29 feb.
this is pathetic. 3days without internet!!! and they cant even tell me me what is wrong???
it takes forever for an agent to answer your call with cell c and when I email customersrvice. I get absolutely no reply
