Since Saturday i don't have access to Internet i called cell c three times and i was told that their server is down and the technicians are working on it, this is not good customer service i have paid for the Internet service and cell c does not even have the decency to inform me about their server being down but its funny how they quick to inform me about competitions and promotions, and i cant be going on like this every time when i call I'm being told i need to reboot my phone but still I'm offline i don't see myself having a relationship with this network provider for they don't know how to appreciate and keep a good customer service
