Utterly Disgusted: with reference to call20130825092431527124, please listen to call.. The consultant that contacted me was rude and undermining. He then told me that my request for the debit order cancel that i originally done @ Cell C parow centre was not approved. How can they tell me almost a year later that it wasn't approved & the store assistant said she wld sort it outThen he tells me that i was not being a responsible customer and following up on my cancellation request. I do not want to be called by one of your agents, I would like a supervisor or higher to sort this out. Please forward me your contact info for your CEO... I will not rest until my line is opened. I am losing out on work and i will personally hold CEll c liable if i lost business... open my line ASAP
