Why am i not suprised - wrong handset & faulty

Well after an inconvinience, the black handset that was delivered to me, but it has endless problems. I cannot send or received photo's, video clips etc. Some occasionally come through. The handset has to be rebooted approximately every 5 hours. it freezer. It suddenly works slower...

So i would guess i will have to go to cell c, send it for repairs and be left without a phone for a good few weeks if i'm lucky. As if i was not inconvinienced enough.
Really the service is perthetic thus far and now i have to deal with the service and repair department.
After being many years with Cell C, i have never receoved such horrible service..
