In my first complaint i explained my frustration with this cancellation that i have been dealing with for the past 3 weeks now, At this moment we are going for 4 weeks, and you know, what i just cannot understand is that i worked for Vodacom as an sales consultant, and when matters like these comes in we resolve them within a week. The service that you are providing me is ridiculous, because there aren't any. Why was i informed that when speaking to Blanscke that my contract will be cancelled while on the phone with her??
When you phone Cell C cancellations department, know one knows of anything?? Why is that??
I am just so sick of waiting! CPA would definitely back me up regarding this matter.
I want this sorted out TODAY please!!
