Pathetic service from Vodacom

My no. Was ported to cell c in may and vodacom substituted it with another number without letting me or cell c know and billed that number for june.
I had no knowledge of this until an extremely rude lady called me today and threatened to take this to legal because according to their system im in arrears for june.
spent 2 hrs on the phone being transferred from 1 department to the next all at my expense.
Someone suppose to call me after 6pm to sort it out and hasnt.
