Consultant failed to explain in details

Went to Viacom to upgrade my contract. Which was on business call I took a samsung galaxy tab 3 the lady who was assisting me told me my 2gig will kick in on the 1st of September in the mean time I can use my old sim card just need to d a swim swap as the tablet uses a micro sim so idd that and continues using the sim card as normal only to find my lines locked after three weeks because I owed R6000 when I called Viacom thy told me on a business call contract the rs no data bundle which the lady did not explain to me and that they did not even send me a warning sms showing how much I'm spending now and when I try to make arrangements they not listening to my terms its either I pay in months or take a longer period and they delete my lines which is nt fair to me cause I'm paying for these contracts and if I knew its gonna be this expensive to use this sim card I would have waited till 1st september now for someone failing to do her job I must suffe
