35 min! No answer..Worst, agent drops fone on me!!

Called the call centre on the 18TH March 2013, enquiring of my account expiry. Was told it is to exp on the 5th Sep. Got a quote too of hw much it wud cost if I payed off..Then R1.582.22.However decided I want to serve notice for cancellation on expiry given I was and am out of the country and am not using the line no more. Further to this, I have been attempting to call since early Aug to verify that my contract is not been renewed..Unbelievably soo. I could hold longest been 40 MIN WITH no assistance. I so luckily got thru today. Worst still the call center agent tells me the contrat expired on the fist week of AUG!!.and I need to give a mnth notice..which means the expiry wil be on the 3RD October. What puzzles me is the deduction which she claims to still be done till DEC!! Hw soo if you are ripping me off broad day light!!! NEVER EVER HEARD OF SUCH!!! As is, .I have nt been using the units for over a year. The very lady helping me out DROPS THE FONE ON ME.!!! HW UNPROFESSIONAL CAN THAT BE MR Virgin. No idea what way forth is... FELT THIS WAS SOOO RUDE!!! UNPROFFESSIONAL..Let alone I am been ripped off. How is that you still deduct my monies till Dec. Nt prepared for that!!
