Not receiving statements

For months now I am strugelling to get my statements from Virgin Mobile, how do you expect me to pay my account if I have no idea what amount I need to pay??? Yesterday I received and sms saying if I do not pay my phone was going to be disconnected, so I phoned 129 and 123 and what do I hear, you close at 17h00. So I paid in R1200 as I am not sure of the amount. So this morning when trying to phone I was given the message of - Authorization Failure! So I waited till 08h00 and phoned 129 to hear that my balance was just over R800. I explained to the lady Nomthandazo Dlamini that I paid in R1200 the previous day, I also emailed her the proof of payment but still my phone is not working and most properly is not going to work by the end of today.
Please sort out your billing department URGENTLY!!!
