To date I have phoned your call centre no less than 8 times yet all I get is promises without action! I am trying to resolve a VPN issue (I have longstanding Business Account and hosting with you) with no success. Had my network dumped by inept consultants, incorrect ports opened, wrong ip setups and the list grows. One call was over 90 minutes with no result. I have enough [Email Removed] reference numbers that do not get resolved. Not even a call from a consultant. I paid a VPN person to check my setup and even he could not resolve with your call centre.
Got a call from Matthew last week Thursday with promises yadda yadda to call Friday or no later than Monday and meet to resolve the issue. Guess what? No contact whatsoever. The solution should be simple. I am even prepared to pay you for VPN hosting (which I offered) without any measure of success. Pity I have to resort to public lambasting of your service in an attempt to resolve this issue. I chose the hosted modem option with you guys to ensure I do not have to be burdened with setups etc but am ruing the decision I made.
