I phoned you guys twice already!

NO answer. I held on for one time 25 Mins and today for almost 40 MINUTES!

What must one do to get a hold of you ffs!

I need my contract cancelled today but now I'm late due to you guys not answering! So glad I'm leaving you! You guys are terrible!
