Today six months and ten days later 8ta has still not been able to migrate my contract.
New complaint though...
I phoned and asked for a final amount payable if I cancel my contract early. This was done on 3/07/2013 and to now surprise nothing has been done yet. I have subsequently phoned back twice and was given the same answer.
Telkom I don't think this will be the last time I complain about you but here goes. You guys there is no such thing as professionalism or service in your organisation.
I learnt my lesson a bit late but I've think I've learnt it.
Never again will I support Telkom...
