I have been trying to get a hold of an agent as my decoder is not allowing me to access my TV link settings, every time I called I held on for more than ten minutes and got no answer. I used up all my minutes and the problem is still not sorted out, you guys need to consider that we spend money every time we call you guys, so get your act together or is this the kind of customer service we should expect to receive even after paying such high premiums!!!
