Unable to view accounts

My online profile has not been updated since January 2013 neither do I receive any invoices. I make eft payments for my account and I have to call every month to find out the amount to pay. The last dated invoice on my online profile is dated January 2013. Every month when I call to find out the outstanding amount I report the issue and NOTHING has been done about it.

SERVICE IS PATHETIC BUT BE ONE DAY LATE WITH THE PAYMENT THEN YOUR PHONE IS DISCONNECTED!!!
