Once more I just received poor service from the Cell C call center in Johannesburg, I spoke to two agents who gave me inconsistent information regarding an enquiry I have. To top it all off I have been on hold for close to 10 minutes waiting to speak to a manager and this agent named Lesego hasn't gotten back to me (in the entire 10min) to let me know that he is still assisting me. Wait he just hung up!!!
