Cell C started billing me in Jan for a so called Value Added Product (VAP) called Get It to which I did NOT subscribe.
The double billed this VAP on the Jan invoice for (Dec & Jan) where after I called them and complained about it. They said that they do not deal it with it directly and that they need to refer it to the Get It department for a refund and cancellation. I was promised that someone would call me back - obviously no one did. Then upon receiving my Feb bill I noticed that they were still billing me for Get It - I called the call centre again - same story - someone from the cancellations department would call me - to date, no one has called me???
Please give me a call and correct your billing mistake!!!
