Considering Legal Steps

Well I have two contracts with Vodacom currently. I decided to cancel the one that expired 11 August 2013. Called them up in June 2013 informing them of this, and that the same day the package expired I no longer needed it. They confirmed and asked that I mail a written letter signed to cancel. I did that. They confirmed that they will cancel the contract. Yet the 27th of August 2013 the Debit order had gone down for this account and after checking on my Vodacom Account, It notified me it will go down again 27th of September 2013. Called the up to find out what was going on, waited 10 minutes and all I got was the account was still running, Useless people really!!! and they know nothing of my cancellation with costumer service. They requested a written letter again after almost two months. Best of it all is now they don't answer anything I send. Long and short of this is they are money from me. I am very disappointed with Vodacom. I will lay a charge of and corruption if this particular matter is not sorted quickly.
