I am being billed for Smartsaver 150 and Smartsaver 100 and 2xNokia Lumina 820s,
however I only signed for one Nokia on a Smartsaver 150.
I went to the store several times to resolve this issue (more than 6-8 times over 2-3 months) and they say the problem is that the best they can do is e-mail the accounts department, and they simply don't care so nothing happens.
I also tried calling customer service a few times, but the calls drop before 3 minutes pass, so I don't know where else to turn to resolve this issue, other than this site or a lawyer.
I also phoned the store the morning after I signed the contract and they confirmed its only 1 contract (after which I waited 2 weeks to get the phone).
