I sent the below e-mail to Mobimola on the 15 Aug 2013 and called Mobimola requesting to cancel and a refund. I have not received any feedback to date and now Mobimola as debt my bank account once again.
I was misinformed in regards to this product, I request a full refund of services fees which I was not informed of and unpaid fees as well and now a installment if R 249.00 which I was inform was a once off what will be taken from your loan amount. ( I have never taken a loan with Mobimola and now i never will)
The Mobimola services are disgusting and this is.
Trying to get thou to them on the 0086 111 4666 is impossible!!!

I demanded you cancel this Mobi Moola service ASAP as I was missed informed and I was not aware of the monthly services fees of R99! I asked the Call center agent over and over to confirm that no funds will come off my bank account unless I take a loan, which she did.
If I was aware, I would of never agreed to this services.
Awaiting feedback soonest...
