Online Errors with payment dates

Good day

i recently made use of [URL Removed] for their loan services in the month of December 2013. this was not the first time i was making use of their services because i liked their fast online services and my payment dates has always been on the 25th of every month because i also get paid on the 25th of every month. my last loan amount with them was set by myself to be paid on the 25th jaanuary and i made sure of that coz i always check my interest too. today i got an sms from them saying that my loan payment date is the 21st January of which for me was a shock because i will have no funds to pay it on that date until my online date of the 25th. i called their client services and they said they will try and escalate the matter and call me back. the day is now coming to an end and I still havent received that call back. I am actually worried about the fees that i will be incurring at the bank and also on this account because of a system error. They are saying that they provide the best and convinient services on their adverts and for me as a customer, I would like to see that happening.

NB: I am in Marketing myself and I know my rights!
