I am still on a blacklist and as a result my son can't go on with his studies, because I cant get a loan. I phoned vodacom over 40 times with no results. Every time I must phone somebody else. I am not going to pay the amount that they claim I owe them. I have been with MTN for two years now and I never pay more than R149 per month. IT specialists tell me that is is almost impossible to use R9000 worth of internet on one day! I have the proof of my account for 12 months in which I pay only R149 for 2 gig and then on one day according to vodacom I had use R9000! I do not know what to do, because they keep me on a blacklist because I am the small customer and they are the big company.
