BAD SERVICE AS USUAL

As a client of cell c my phone today at 16.25pm to find out what my account is as this needs to be paid i was told that my account will only be setup in the 1st week of next month, when i requested how this is possible as i have to make payment before the 1st, i then put the phone down as nobody could help me. i then phoned again and spoke to simpiwe at the call centre i asked her if somebody could talk to me in Afrikaans she told me that there is nobody there that talks Afrikaans i asked her on numerous occasions for her name and surname she refused to give me her surname on Monday morning i will lodge a complaint with the human rights council as cell c has neglected my rights in terms of the Constitution of south Africa. 0118683895/0738228802
