Cell C
No signal can't make calls. What are they charging

I have reported this issue many times with cell c. Via phone. Email. Call center. In store. Hello Peter. Nobody ever comes back to me with a solution. I never have cell signal. I can't use the Internet. People can't reach me. This is effecting my life and my work.
