I'm am existing client with cell c for the last 4 years in this time i always been charged more than what my contract was. needless to say i phoned cell c yesterday spoke to a very nice lady on the call centre 084140 to get the amount""owed" from her according to cell c. i was advice i need to pay in a certain amount and i did upon phoning them just now i was informed i need to do another payment in order for my phone to be unbarred. "question what about all the money they deducted wrong will that be paid back to me"and also why wasn't i told there is still an amount outstanding?
i need a Senior Afrikaans speaking person to contact me if at all possible.
