Lack of service and dissappointing

We bought a handset from vodacom maponya mall and the device was not wotking and we tested the device with other networks and still notworking. He told us to come back after seven days. I used to work for vodacom and really dissappointed. Obf means out of box failure and the sales consultant refused. I'm getting icasa involved in this and I will report this matter to the head of training for vodashops. I demand a letter of apology for waisting my time cause I'm from the north limpopo.
