Terrible cellular data reception over last week

Hi

The 8ta 3G signal has been extremely bad and sometimes non existing in my area for over a week now. What's worse is that both their website and support telephone numbers seems to malfunctioning. I tried contacting them to issue the complaint but could not do either. The website throws an error upon submission of the Contact Us form, and as soon as one types in the phone number for phone based support the voice says there are "technical difficulties" and starts over again.
