This is my second post now as NOTHING has happened since my complaint last week. The person in charge of my sorting my contract is Kurt Adams. My forms have been signed and approved. He himself does not know why I have still not received my phone. I have phoned almost everyday and each time I am told he'll get back to me and he never does until I phone him again. What is going on?? I am sick of cell c and feel like cancelling this whole thing. Please sort this out asap otherwise cancel my contract if you cannot deliver what you promise.
