Bad attitude and poor service

I visited Nashua Mobile in Sandton City on 3 Aug to have data transferred between two phones and setup the one phone. 2 customers were helped on 1 computer. The manager didn't pay attention. After 3:30 hours photos were deleted and could not be retrieved. The manager promised to collect both phones on 6 Aug. I didn't happen. The area manager Pricsilla Pilger was contacted on 7 Aug and didn't respond as promised
The escalation manager Julie-Anne was contacted on 8 Aug. We spoke to Victoria Ritchie in the CEO's office. They backup is store under the IMEI number (according to the data consultant). The IPhone was collected to do the backup which was apparently corrupted. The contact details were replaced with another customers details. Where did they get the details from? What happened to data security? They offered me 1 months free subscription which is not enough compared to what I've lost. The photos that was deleted was the only set I had and it had a lot of sentimental value to me.
