Lacklisted because of poor service

Purchased a product on the 8 November 2012.
Received the wrong packages on the 15th November 2012.
Returned the product and requested a cancelation in the "cooling of period"
Now... August 2013 - find out that I'm blacklisted, owe a fortune and product was not cancelled.
