Account way over my credit limit

Hi I urgently need help

I have received a bill for over R8000 rands and my credit allocation is only R3300 I cannot afford to pay this account once off. I am also concerned that the bill was allowed to go that high since I am only allowed to owe you R3300 per month as per your credit decision.

I need to make arrangements to pay this but would really like to find a way for this not to occur again
