Debiting without providing any services

In the month of June my account was debited an amount R1000 plus for no reason and i call the call center which i struggled to get hold off asking them why they debited my account as they know they did give me money and this happened again in July where i managed to reverse the transactions and they were also a R1000 plus. Can i get my June money back please...
