On more than one occasion, I purchase a substantial amount of prepaid airtime, and it does not give me the value that Cell C promises. For instance, on 28/08/2013 I purchased R35.00 airtime and my total call time lasted only 7 minutes. On another occasion, I purchased R50.00 airtime and it only lasted for 10 minutes. Something is fishy here, and I need someone to investigate this urgently. Many attempts to the call centre left me frustrated as the call centre was experiencing "high volumes of calls", which left me holding on to speak to a consultant for half an hour before hanging up. Cell C, improve on your customer service and stop ripping people off.
