I bought a cellphone yesterday at Bridge City and when I got home and tried to turn the it on the screen was blank. this morning I go back to the service provider (vodacom) at Bridge City this morning wanting an exchange to get a handset that actually works, the shop assistants refused saying that they are going to take the phone for service. my complaint is based on the fact that is it not well within my right to be given a brand new handset if the one i bought has a defect? (its only the second day of seven days return policy). when I asked for a refund they also refused.
