I topped up my account at 18h45 the other night as I had reached my cap, by the morning Afrihost reported that I had already consumed about 1 Gb and in reality I had only used a few hundred megs. When I questioned it asking for logs I received a standard answer of install wireshark to check what is using your bandwidth. Truth be told I already have wireshark and networx installed that's how I knew I only used a few hundred megs. Still waiting for Afrihost to send me detailed logs of my usage they claim they don't have the detail. Hence my question, do we just accept what Afrihost say we use because it seems they not prepared to prove what we used. Could they be scamming us?
