I am really sick and tired of telkom. They have debitted my account and I have also sent the billing department a copy of my bank statement yet they tell me that it takes 3 days for the debit to reflect so how is that my problem when they are debitting me on time. Telkom have incompetent staff that don't know what they are doing and don't know the meaning of customer service. Customers are the core of your business, they don't even call a client to get feedback on a query. I worked in retail for 10 years and my company does not treat customers they way that telkom does.
