This is the second time that I had to come back to hellopeter about Planet fitness. The first time I was never informed about CANCELLATION FEES when I signed my contract (2009) and now I am being hold liable for R6k after explaining my storie about 5 times. This morning at about 8:30 I received a phone call from SIYAYA RECOVERIES asking me to pay when I have not received any phone calls from them the entire year. This woman was extremely rude. She was offering me a "christmas discount" after Planet Fitness came back to my complaint (21/01/13) offering me HALF PRICE (which i did not accept seeing that I cancelled and my account was up to date) on the outstanding amount. Clearly nothing has been resolved.
