This is now my second month complaining about the same thing and it is clear that MTN is into the business of cheating its customers... on the 3rd of July I applied on line for a contract of R149 and on the 5th I received the phone and it was not upto my satisfaction and I cancelled it on the 8th of July with Alicia Pillay who assisted me when I took out the contract. the phone was collected from me on the 10th of July and still on the 26th of July it was debited and I reversed it with my bank and was charged R85 for the revesal, and this month R336.06 was debited after I cancelled, complained and now i'm taking this up with Icasa. I cannot be paying R85.00 for revesal every month for a phone that I dont have and I want MTN to credit me back R85 (times two) and send me a cancellation letter because I'm not willing to go through this next month.
