I requested Itemised billing for my account fro a certain period, as itemised billig is not a service that is enabled on request if you want it. i logged online to chat to to someone on their website. they assured me that i would get it within the same day, and they sent me an email with no attachment. i notified them that there's no attachment. to cut the ong story short they finally sent me a .tiff file that i couldn't open, and when i finally found a file that i can use to open the document, it was not in the right order, right format, i could not see what i wanted to see. but they charge for it, 2011, i requested the same thing and never received it for several months. i'm tired of calling them all the time and getting no results.
