We are now 26 days into August and I still await my August billing from CellC. Normally it arrived in my inbox by around the 10th of each month. Nope, not this month. I had the call centre send me a copy of mine on 15 August, but to date I have not received the official copy, nor have I received the invoice for my wife's account. CellC are off course very clever, because by not sending the incoice they can surprise you with the debit order billing you for all those extra mb of data you inadvertantly consumed, blissfully under the impression that your out of bundle rate is 15c/mb. I placed a second call to find out about the bills on 21 August (ref 3082101026) and still I wait. This is really service CellC. I am now officially a hostile client.
