I just had 1 day filled with 'I'm sorry' from the Vodacom shop. No solutions, the staff are friendly but their hands seem tied with red tape from corporate.
I wanted my contract migrated earlier this year, instead it was downgraded. I now understand that I cant get a new phone because of this (My current phone is broken).

A few hours later I buy a new temporary phone but cant connect my email. I dial for some assistance.
