I phoned in to upgrade my adsl line but before the upgrade was accepted i asked the guy on the line if my account wil be more the R1000 he promised me no it wont and the i asked if it is more then he will pay my account he said yes. then my account came and it was R1900 for service of cancelation of contract i then phoned again and reported it and they took it off but now my account is suspended and and they are awaiting payment but the guy on the line who said he will pay my account must pay it
