Have experienced network problems for the past 8 - 9 months. On numerous occasions, have reported it to call center and technical services. Received no responses nor feedback nor resolution to problem. I then escalated it by contacting CEO office, spoke to Mandla. After initial contact and communication, he now also suffers from "ostrich" syndrome - stick head in sand and hope problem disappears. Called again to call center, have resent reference numbers and all previously sent emails, etc. still await feedback. How many " breaches of contract" must customers endure before CellC realizes that customers will leave them? I wish to terminate all my contracts with them. They are taking advantage of their customers. I will report this to ICASA and the consumer council. Enough is enough from a company that could not care less for its customers.
