My father took a laptop and data combo contract out for me this year via MTN headoffice and the package was couriered via DHL.
No coverage assessment was done, and once I received the laptop it has been a constant battle to get reception.
I called MTN coverage who sent a gentleman out to assess the situation.
Nothing can be done so the contract is being cancelled. I was told would receive a call on Monday afternoon to discuss the matter. I am still waiting.
I call back today, Friday, and speak to a very rude individual who cant help me and when I ask to put through to a manager, I get cut off. I call back and get no further forward.
Please, I am begging you... SORT THIS OUT!!!
If this is the only way I can get through to you, which quite honestly is DISGUSTING, then unfortunately so be it.
