On the 29/06/13 I went to open a cell phone contract with MTN in Parow Centre, second floor. on the 1/07/13 I went back to cancel the contract. They refuse, because there was nothing wrong with the cell phone. I asked about the 7 day cooling of period and said that they are suppose to take it back.
They said that they can cancel the contract but what are they going to do with the cell phone because the staff going to have to pay for it.
I even gave them an option of taking out a better contract for me. They said I can either sell the cell phone or transfer the contract to someone else I can trust. Hope you can assist.
