No cellular reception

Good Day, I recently moved into a new area and unfortunately there is no Vodacom reception. I spoke to my local Vodacom store and they advised I will still under contract until August of this year and unless I settle the remaining months Only then i could port my number out to another cellular provider. I would like to keep my number as I have had it for a number of years but faced with such poor cellular reception that I can't make a clear call.
Perhaps you could point me in the right direction of a person at Vodacom who can assist. Thanking you.
