Dear Hello-peter, for the past couple of months my line speed is in shambles and as it was communicated to me by my ISP (MWEB) that there is nothing they can do about it as it is a Telkom network related issue. I'm pleased that MWEB is updating me at least twice weekly but I'm saddened by the fact that Telkom has not yet made contact or can give an eta on the repair. I received a ref no: 1199874 which I called to enquire about the progress and nature of my complaint but I was promised feedback and have received non to date. Is there "a" person within the company that can update me as to when the issue will be resolved. Regards, Ricardo
