To whom may I concern
I have booked in my phone (samsung Ace s5830) on the 13 June 2013 till now 21 August 2013, i still haven't received my phone, it has been 10 weeks. I have insurance and warranty for this phone but they told me that I should wait, when must i wait until? half a year? 1 year? or even 10 years just to get my phone back!! I m suspecting that they lost my phone and if by then i still haven't received my phone back i would like to claim a new one. What company is this? do they all work for nothing and get their salary just like that?! This is unacceptable, 10 weeks of repairing.
